- CONCLUSIONS: PEEK and G-CAM exhibited markedly different color-stability behaviors under high-concentration in-office bleaching. Under the tested direct-exposure conditions, the mean baseline-referenced ΔE00 of G-CAM exceeded the 1.8 acceptability threshold after the first session and was approximately at the threshold after the second session (1.81 ± 1.04), whereas that of PEEK remained below the threshold after the first session and exceeded it after repeated exposure. Under these in vitro conditions, the two materials behaved differently, but the results require clinical confirmation and should not be interpreted as direct treatment guidance. These findings are specific to the direct-exposure protocol used and should not be extrapolated to lower-concentration home-bleaching systems.
