- CONCLUSIONS: Adding microneedling to oral DOX was associated with greater improvement in vascular and neurosensory manifestations of rosacea, particularly facial erythema, flushing, and burning sensations. The combination approach also reduced erythema relapse at 6 months and was well tolerated.

- CONCLUSIONS: Twice-daily use of a serum comprised of plant adaptogens in subjects with mild-to-moderate persistent centrofacial erythema demonstrated significant reductions in the appearance of erythema from baseline as assessed by investigators and subjects over 12 weeks. Significant reductions from baseline also occurred in papules/pustules. Subjects reported decreases in skin sensitivity and healthier-looking skin.

- Evaluating the Efficacy of Dermabrasion, Fat Grafting, and Fibrous Septa Release: A Clinical Study. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: Each procedure demonstrated efficacy in treating specific aesthetic conditions. Dermabrasion is most effective for surface-level skin imperfections, fat grafting for volume enhancement, and fibrous septa release for cellulite reduction. All showed acceptable safety profiles and high patient satisfaction. Future prospective studies with larger cohorts and long-term follow-up are recommended to validate these findings.

- CONCLUSIONS: FM significantly impairs QoL, particularly among young women. LPP emerged as the predominant cause in our study. Dermatoscopy is a valuable non-invasive tool for assessing pigment depth and guiding management. DLQI and MELASQoL are effective instruments for monitoring therapeutic outcomes. Early diagnosis, appropriate counseling, and multimodal therapy are essential to improve patient well-being.
