  • The correlation between preoperative patellar tilt and clinical outcomes following unicompartmental knee arthroplasty. [Journal Article]
    J Orthop Surg Res. 2026 May 07. [Online ahead of print]Hu H, Lin M, … Chen GJO
  • CONCLUSIONS: A preoperative patellar tilt angle ≥ 10° is significantly associated with inferior early clinical outcomes and a markedly increased risk of AKP after UKA, despite successful mechanical alignment correction. Preoperative assessment of patellar tilt may provides valuable prognostic information and may help identify patients requiring heightened intraoperative attention to patellofemoral kinematics or tailored rehabilitation.
  • Free Vascularized Fibular Grafting for Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head. [Journal Article]
JBJS Essent Surg Tech. 2026 Apr-Jun; 16(2).Tang Q, Liu RT, … Zhu ZZJE
  • Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) remains a challenging condition in orthopaedics[1]. Free vascularized fibular grafting (FVFG) theoretically has the potential to restore blood supply to the femoral head and enhance mechanical stability within the femoral head. This method has shown promising clinical outcomes in hip preservation. Previous studies have utilized the anterolateral approach t…
