- CONCLUSIONS: Clomiphene citrate 50 mg daily normalized testosterone in 9 of 10 men with hypogonadism and oligospermia. Baseline estradiol predicted testosterone response, while sperm improvements were more likely in men with lower baseline counts. Although sperm concentration increased in most patients, clinical relevance was modest and nearly one-third worsened. Clomiphene citrate may be considered for testosterone optimization, particularly in men with higher estradiol, but fertility expectations should be managed.

- Restoration of spermatogenesis in a male with prolactinoma-induced hypogonadotropic hypogonadism using follitropin delta and recombinant choriogonadotropin alfa: a case report. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: This case provides the first evidence that follitropin delta can successfully replace conventional FSH preparations in male gonadotropin stimulation protocols. Spermatogenesis was restored within a favorable timeframe, enabling access to assisted reproductive technology (IVF/ICSI). Nevertheless, these findings are limited to a single case report and require confirmation in larger studies.

- CONCLUSIONS: IgG4-RH accounts for less than 5% of all hypophysitis cases. Panhypopituitarism is the most common presentation of IgG4-related hypophysitis. This case highlights a diagnostically challenging presentation of IgG4-related hypophysitis with normal serum IgG4 levels. Clinicians should maintain suspicion for IgG4-RD in patients with unexplained hypophysitis even when serum IgG4 is normal.

- Identification of a Novel Splice-Site variant in TACR3 (c.888 + 1G > A) Associated with Asthenozoospermia and Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism in an Iranian Family. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: We identified a previously unreported splice-site mutation in TACR3 (c.888 + 1G > A) that likely causes familial infertility by disrupting the neurokinin B/NK3R signaling pathway. While the heterozygous proband exhibited severe asthenozoospermia, the homozygous brothers displayed hormonal profiles typical of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. These findings extend the mutational landscape of TACR3 and highlight its essential contribution to male reproductive endocrinology.
