MedCases, Inc. Partners with Unbound Medicine 
to Deliver Medical Librarian

PHILADELPHIA, April  22, 2003 — MedCases Inc., a leading medical e-learning solutions provider for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, announced today it has partnered with Unbound Medicine, a leading provider of knowledge management systems for the healthcare industry, to offer the MedCases Virtual Medical Librarian. 

The MedCases Medical Librarian will provide users with a robust, Web-based interface that will easily integrate with Unbound Medicine’s state-of-the-art medical literature search services. These services provide the user with powerful searching of the National Library of Medicine’s PubMed^® database, which includes MEDLINE^®, and publisher supplied citations. The MedCases Medical Librarian will also provide users with the most up-to-date medical literature and will serve as an excellent complement to MedCases’ Web-based, medical education programs. In the future, portions of the MedCases Medical Librarian will be delivered to Palm OS and Pocket PC devices via CogniQ™, Unbound Medicine’s mobile knowledge management platform.
