Charlottesville, VA, October 23, 2002 — Unbound Medicine, Inc. today announced the release of the Pocket PC version of CogniQ™, the leading platform for personal knowledge management on mobile electronic devices.

The Pocket PC version of CogniQ—similar to the Palm OS version—has many industry-leading features, including: Infrastructure for standalone, updating, and fully integrated handheld/Web products Application delivery via CD-ROM or electronic download Highly secure and configurable Digital Rights Management (DRM) Incremental content and message updating on synchronization
Request routing from the handheld to Internet sites, databases, and email systems Sophisticated data compression, minimizing product size Support for: External memory cards Inter- and intra-source linking  In-line and link-out images  Wireless synching (coming soon!)
