  • Please note this error is generated when your BlackBerry APN is not configured properly. To configure your BlackBerry properly please visit the link below.

    Configuring your Device

  • Can I install McGraw Hill Mobile Consult products on a memory card?

    Yes, Our BlackBerry product requires a memory card to complete the installations.

  • Where can I download the latest version?
  • Please visit the Download software page. You will be prompted to enter your Serial Number. If the serial number is valid, you will be given the opportunity to download the software for either Palm, Pocket PC, or BlackBerry.

  • I lost my serial number. Can you resend it?

    You can request your serial number by entering your email address in the Serial Number Request Form. Any product serial numbers registered with that email address will be sent.

    If after requesting your serial number you still do not receive an email, please be sure to check the following:

    1. Your email program is not filtering the registration email as "Junk Mail".
    2. Be sure you have space available in your email program.

     

  • On which BlackBerry devices will your products run?
  • Our software will support any BlackBerry device that supports the use of a Storage Card. Storage cards are required to complete the installs to the device. At this time we support the BlackBerry Pearl (8100 series), BlackBerry Curve (8300 series), and the BlackBerry 8830 series.

  • How do I uninstall the program?
  • To uninstall our software from your BlackBerry device do the following:

    1. Open the options menu on your BlackBerry
    2. Select Advanced options
    3. Select Applications
    4. Locate the program and press the BlackBerry button then select delete
    5. Then you must connect the device to your computer and open My Computer
    6. Then locate the files for your BlackBerry, and delete the Unbound Medicine folder
