number. Can you resend it?

- I
have lost my serial number. Can you resend it?
You can request your
serial number by entering your email address in the Serial Number Request Form.
Any product serial numbers registered with that email address will be
sent.
If after requesting your serial number you
still do not receive an email, please be sure to check the following:
- Your email program is not filtering the
registration email as "Junk Mail".
- Be sure you have space available in your
email program.

I install McGraw Hill Mobile Consult products on a memory card?
Yes. Our Pocket PC
products can be installed on Secure Digital (SD) or Compact Flash
cards. If you are installing for the first time, please follow these
instructions:

already installed on your PDA, please follow the instructions below.

Where
can I download the latest version?
Please visit the Download
Software page. You will be prompted to enter your Serial
Number. If the serial number is valid, you will be given the
opportunity to download the software for either the Palm or Pocket PC.
- The
installation appears to stall at a screen that states, "Please wait.
The database may still be copying on to the device..." What should I do?
This normally happens
when you are trying to run an older install file on a Pocket PC 2003
device. To correct this, you will need to delete the current program
from your Pocket PC, then download and install the latest version of
the software. If you currently have more than 1 program icon on your
Pocket PC, follow these instructions to delete them.
- After installation, I have more
than 1 icon on my Pocket PC Start Menu.
Please follow the
steps below to remove the multiple icons:
- I have recently changed computers,
and now my McGraw Hill Mobile Consult product(s) will not sync.
McGraw Hill Mobile
Consult's Auto-Updating products require you to have the product
installed on every PC on which you wish to sync. If you want to install
the product on your new PC, you will need the install file and your
serial number. If you need the install file, please visit the Download
Software page. If you need your Serial Number, you can
request it be sent to you using the Serial Number Request Form.

We currently support
all Windows Mobile platforms.
- How do I uninstall the program?
