To transfer products you must have an active subscription. Users with expired subscriptions must renew the subscription to transfer it to a new device. Unbound products are licensed for use on one device at a time.
If you have purchased a product from the Unbound Medicine store, please visit to the application’s website. Then, log in to the site and click the “Mobile” link located in the upper right corner of the page. Then, press download software.
Users who have purchased through the BlackBerry App World and need to reinstall should visit BlackBerry App World on your phone to download again.
For BlackBerry devices running the 4.6 to 5.0 operating system:
To locate your Unbound Medicine product, press the BlackBerry Menu button and locate the Download folder. Open the Download folder to view the Unbound Medicine product.
For BlackBerry devices running 4.0 to 4.5 and the 6.0 operating system:
To locate your Unbound Medicine product, press the BlackBerry Menu button. You’ll see an icon for your new Unbound Medicine product on the main application screen.
BlackBerry installation is performed over the air, which means that you download the app without plugging your mobile device into your computer.
Please follow the steps below to download the application.
Our software will support any BlackBerry device that supports the use of a memory/media card. Memory/media cards are required to complete the installations to the device.

Begin the registration process here using your computer.
After registering, you will receive a welcome email that contains your username and password.
The registration email you received contains detailed instructions on how to download your product. To begin, point your BlackBerry browser to the web address in the email and follow the instructions for downloading.
If you no longer have your registration email, visit the software download page.
When you open the application after downloading, you’ll be prompted to enter your serial number. Your serial number can be found in the registration email sent by Unbound Medicine Registration. Depending on the speed of your wireless network, downloading the data may take a few minutes.

The home screen displays your currently available content. To open a content resource, choose an entry from the list.
We recommend that you sync your device often to ensure that you have the most up-to-date content. From the home screen, press "Menu" to access the appropriate pop-up menu. Next, use the trackball to highlight the Sync Server option, then press the trackball to sync.
To find an entry quickly and to avoid scrolling through an entire index, use the Jump To feature. From the Index screen, begin typing in the "Jump to..." text box located just above the keyboard. The cursor will automatically scroll to the location in the index that matches the characters you type.
The Unbound™ Platform allows you to mark important information as a favorite so you can return to it easily at any time. To add a favorite, first navigate from the index view to the record you’d like to indicate as a favorite. Select the Menu button, then choose "Add to My Favorites."
To remove a favorite, select it from your list to access the page. Select Menu again. When the pop-up menu appears, select "Remove from My Favorites."
To remove all of your favorites at once, return to the application’s Home screen. Click the Favorites entry (with the star icon) to access your list of favorited records. Finally, select the Menu button and then "Remove all Favorites" from the pop-up menu.
Unbound Medicine’s Cross Links feature enables you to access related content across an application.
This feature will only appear when linked resources are available.
To utilize Cross Links, press the Menu key while viewing a record. A pop-up menu will appear. If linked resources are available, you’ll see the Cross Links option listed in the menu. Select it, and you will be presented with a drop down menu which lists all available links. Again, simply select the desired resource and you will be taken to its page.
The home screen displays a list of available content. To open a resource, select the entry in the list.
Reminder: The reader works with your BlackBerry’s navigation functionality to help you quickly locate the information you need. This funcionality depends on which model BlackBerry you use.
You can switch between indexes by navigating to the pop-up menu and selecting an index. Press the Menu key to access the list of available indexes. Scroll to the desired index and select it.
