Note: To transfer products you must have an active subscription. Users with expired subscriptions must renew the subscription to transfer it to a new device. Unbound products are licensed for use on one device at a time.
Remove the product from your old device.
To delete the program from your Windows Mobile device please follow the steps mentioned below.
Next, download the software again.
Check to make sure you have a Windows Mobile device. If you have a Palm, BlackBerry, iOS, or Android device, please download the appropriate software for your device.
If you are using Windows Vista, please make sure you have the latest version of “Windows Mobile Device Center” installed on your computer. Download and install the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center.
In order to install Unbound Medicine software, you must enter a valid serial number. Once entered, the serial number is transferred to Unbound Medicine over the internet. If you have Internet Security software on your PC, it may block the serial number transfer, leaving your program stuck in trial mode.
To correct the problem, please disable your internet security, and then sync your Windows Mobile device.

The Home screen displays a list of your currently selected content. To open a content resource, select the entry in the list.
Below are the icons commonly used in the mobile application and their function.

Home - Takes you back to the main screen. |

Index/TOC - Takes you back to the Index or TOC level. |

Subentries - Denotes the presence of a subentry. |

Open Drop-Down Menu - Denotes a drop-down menu. |

Next/Prev Page - Takes you to the next/previous page in an index. |

Back - Steps you back one screen at a time. |

Jump to - Enter the first letter(s) of the desired term in the graffiti area and you will be scrolled to the closest matching term in the index. |

Search - Select this icon to bring up the forms manager screen. From here you can capture questions that are sent to your archive. |

More Online - Check the "More Online" box to save a record to your archive. |

Change Font Size - Use this function to change the size of the displayed font. |

Cross Links - Signifies that related content is available in other content resources. Select this function to quickly jump between these resources. |
To synchronize, select the Options menu found at the bottom of the device’s home screen. When the pop-up menu appears, select the "Wireless Sync" option. You can now save records to your web account and update your mobile content, all without leaving your patient’s side.
Note: To sync wirelessly, you must have a Palm OS or Windows Mobile device with wireless access and have the latest version of the application. If you have a qualified device but do not see the Wireless Sync icon at the bottom of the application’s home screen, you do not have the most recent version.
This application is compatible with Windows Mobile / Smartphone devices. Smartphones employ a 5-way navigation wheel and do not utilize a touch screen. In place of icons in the display, navigation functions can be carried out by opening the Options menu and selecting the appropriate action.
To create a Bookmark, select the Options menu in the lower-left portion of the screen (Windows Mobile users may select Options or the icon throughout this process). A pop-up menu will appear, choose Bookmarks. A second menu will appear with the options, Add Bookmarks and See all Bookmarks. Select Add Bookmark to save your selection. To see all the bookmarks you’ve created, select See all bookmarks.
To return to a Bookmarked page, select the Options menu again and choose the desired Bookmark. A checkbox will appear next to the bookmarked page you are currently viewing.
To remove a Bookmark, select it from your list to access the bookmarked page. Select Options again. When the pop-up menu appears, select "Remove Bookmark."
Unbound Medicine’s Cross Links feature lets you access related content.
When related content is available, the Cross Links icon () will appear. Tap the icon and a list of available links will pop-up. Next, simply choose your desired link by tapping on it.
The Home screen displays a list of your currently selected content. To open a resource, select the entry in the list.
To quickly find an entry, enter its name in "Jump to." To choose an entry, select its title. You can scroll through the list of entries by using the Up/Down arrows at the bottom of the display.
To make for easier navigation, each entry is divided into pages. Many entries contain subsections which you you can view by utilizing the down arrow next to the title. In addition, you can scroll through the fields using the Next/Previous arrows.
Entries can be saved to your archive on the web. Check the "More Online" box, and a request will be queued on your device. When you sync, your queued requests will be saved online where you can link to more in-depth information later.
